Normal Quest Gold Skulltula Guide

This guide covers the locations of every Gold Skulltula in the Normal Quest of the game. There are 100 total and you recieve various prizes from the House of the Skulltula's in Kakariko Village whenever you have collected a certain amount of tokens.

Can be accomplished as a kid before you get the Master Sword

Inside the Great Deku Tree
1) 3F – Go in the only door on this floor. You will find a switch and a chest containing the compass. On the left side of the wall is a cubbie. Press the switch to make the platforms appear and make your way to the cubbie. The gold skulltula is there.

2) B1 – In the room where you fall down into, the gold skulltula is on the vines that lead back up to floor 1F. Use the slingshot to kill it and climb the vines to get the token.

3) B1 – This gold skulltula is located on the grate in the water to the north of the room that the last skulltula was located. Kill it with the slingshot and you can jump off the ledge to get the token.

38) B1 – (From the entrance) fall down the middle of the floor. Climb up the block that you had to push off the ledge. You will see another hole in the middle of the floor. Run past it and will see a small tunnel you can crawl through. Go through it and you will now find a pathway blocked by a rock wall and an enemy. Kill the enemy and blow up the wall to uncover a door. Once inside the new room, you will find the gold skulltula on the wall to the left of where you entered. If you kill the Giant Skulltula and look towards the door from where it was, you will see the skulltula on the wall.

Dodongo's Cavern
4) 2F – After you blow up bomb flowers near the giant stone steps, go all the way up the path way. When you get to the top, go to the doorway. Turn around and you should see this gold skulltula.

5) 1F – After you enter, head right and go through the path way. You will find some enemy's.  If you touch them, they will blow up. So either place a bomb near the bombable wall or cause one of the enemy's to blow it up. You will find a Gold Skulltula in the room.

6) 1F – Make your way to the most northern room on the floor. You will have to throw a bomb and lend it in front of a pathway in order to unblock it. Climb up and enter the room and you will find a Gold Skulltula behind a statue.

39) 2F – (From the entrance) head to the elevator and go the second floor. Now make your way to the room with the giant stone steps. Once you enter the room, take the path to the left. Go to the stone steps and climb up the vines. Turn left, you should see a gold skulltula. Use your boomerang to get it.

Path to Goron City
7) As you begin your accent to the Goron city, you'll notice a wall that looks like it can be blown up. Place a bomb near it and a small section of the wall will blow up. The Gold Skulltula is on the wall inside the new area.

26) Near the entrance of Dodongo's Cavern you will notice a spot of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on the soil and a gold skulltula will appear.

Kakariko Village
8) This Skulltula appears on the side of the House of Skulltula at night time.

9) After you enter the village, find the area with some wood posts and a stack of bricks in the middle. At night time, this skulltula appears on the highest stack of bricks.

10) (At night time) find the tall wooden look out post with the tall ladder. Near the top is where the skulltula appears.

11) (At night time) if you are coming from the guard near the path to the Goron Village you will see this skulltula on the building on the right side near the jars.

23) Whenever you enter the village from Hyrule Field, roll into the first tree you see. A gold skulltula will fall out. Use your sword to kill it and grab the token.

Lon Lon Ranch
12) (At night time) follow the horse track until you come to a shelter type thing at the back of the ranch. You will find the skulltula on the back of it.

18) (At night time) if you enter the ranch and take a look near the second window of the second floor of Talon's building, you will notice a skulltula. I found it easier to kill it with the slingshot and use the boomerang to get the token.

19) (At night time) enter the area with the horse track and follow it to the right. You will soon see a tall tower. If you pass the tower, turn around.  This skulltula is on the wall between this tower and the wooden fence.

20) Go past the house and roll into the tree next to it. The skulltula will fall out of the tree. Just use your sword to kill it and then grab the token.

Inside Lord Jabu Jabu
13) B1 – When you come to a room where you have to raise the water with a button in the middle of it, you will see this skulltula on some web looking stuff.

14) B1 – (After you kill the green tongue) when you fall down the hole where the green tongue was, you will notice a gold skulltula on the wall. Use the boomerang to obtain the token.

15) B1 – After getting the previous skulltula, look around and you will notice another one close by. Use your boomerang once more to obtain this token.

16) 1F – In the room before the boss, you will find this skulltula on the side of the wall that protrudes into the center of the room. If you walk up to the boss door and turn around, you will be able to see him. Use your boomerang in order to obtain it.

Zora's Fountain
17) (At night time) as you enter the fountain, go right and you will see a tree branch sticking out of the water. Climb on top of it and you should notice a gold skulltula on the wall near you. Use your boomerang to obtain it.

32) (From the entrance) turn right and you will see a tree branch sticking out of the water. If you continue going in that direction, you will come to a lone tree. Roll into it and the gold skulltula will fall out.

Hyrule Field
21) (Coming from Hyrule Market) once you pass the bridge on the way to Kakariko, you will notice a tree in the corner to the left. Place a bomb near it to expose a hole. Fall down it and you will notice the skulltula on the wall. When you run to it, a Giant Skulltula appears. Kill it and then use the boomerang to get the token.

43) Go to the entrance of Gerudo Valley but do not enter. If you look around, you will see a circle of small rocks. Place a bomb in the center of them and a hole will appear in the ground. Fall down the hole. Now use Din's Fire to burn the cobwebs in front of the cow. If you look up past the cow, you will see this gold skulltula. Use your boomerang to get it.

Kokiri Forest
22) (At night time) this skulltula is behind the house of the Know-It-All Brothers. You will either need to use a boomerang or jump attack in order to get it.

44) Behind the Kokiri Shop is a patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on the soil and a gold skulltula will appear. Use the sword to get it.

Kakariko Graveyard
24) When you enter the area, follow the trail and turn right when you get to the graves. Continue down the trail until you come to the second row of graves. You will notice the skulltula up on the wall next to you. Use your boomerang to get the token.

25) When you enter the area, follow the trail and turn left when you get to the graves. Continue down the trail until it turns left again. A little bit off the trail, you will notice a patch of soil. Use a Bottle of Small Bugs on the soil to get this skulltula to appear. The skulltula may pop out on top of you. If you are extremely low on health, be sure to stand back.

Lost Woods
27) (From Kokiri Forest) go down the path to the left. Continue following the path in this room. There is only one pathway you can take so it's obvious which one to go down. When you come out of the pathway, you will notice a patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear. You can then use your sword to obtain it.

28) (From Kokiri Forest) go down the path to the right. Now go down the left path, then the right path, then the left path, and then the left path again. You should see two Business Scrubs. Kill them and near the one on the left will be a patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear.

Goron City
29) (From the entrance) go down the left trail and you will find it is blocked by some boulders. You can either blow up the boulders or use the ropes in the center of the area to get to the room behind the boulders. You will now see a room full of different boulders. Blow up the one to the right. Now blow up these boulders:  to the left, to the left, turn to the right and you will see the last one you need to blow up. After going past the last boulder, you will notice two chests and a crate. Roll into the crate and the gold skulltula will fall out.

Path to Zora's Domain
30) (From the entrance) roll into the first tree you see. A gold skulltula will fall out.

31) (At night time) coming from Zora's Domain, jump down the water fall and you will notice a statue. Right past the statue is a ladder. This is where the skulltula is located.

Lake Hylia
33) Near the entrance to the building you will see a small patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear.

34) (At night time) on the back of the building (near the bridge) you will see a gold skulltula. Use your boomerang to grab it.

35) (At night time) follow the bridges to the tree in the middle of the lake. If you look around, you will see a small island. Swim to the island and you will see a gold skulltula on the side of a stone object.

Gerudo Valley
36) (At night time) near the entrance you will see this gold skulltula near a waterfall by the plank bridge. Use your boomerang to get it.

37) Follow the trails until you get to the guard outside the Fortress. She will say that it's no place for a kid like you. If you look over the right side of the bridge, you will notice a small cliff fall below. Now, Jump off the bridge and land on the cliff. You will now see a girl standing beside a cow. Behind the cow is a patch of soil. Use of a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear.

Death Mountain Crater
40) Run into the crate at the entrance and a gold skulltula will come out of it.

Hyrule Market
41) (From Hyrule Field) as you enter Hyrule Market, go in the first door you see. You will notice the room is full of pots and has a couple crates near a guard. Break the crate farthest from the guard but on the back wall near the guard. It contains a gold skulltula.

Hyrule Castle Grounds
42) (From Hyrule Market) roll into the first tree you see. A gold skulltula will appear.

Can be accomplished after you get the Master Sword. Unless noted, all the following gold skulltula's are gotten as adult Link in the Future.

Hyrule Castle Grounds
45) (As a kid) sneak past the guards until you get behind the fence around the castle. Jump into the water and continue until you get pass the guards. You will find a lone tree. Play the Song of Storms and a hole will appear near the tree. Drop into the hole. Bomb the rock areas and behind one will be a gold skulltula. Use your boomerang to get it.

Kakariko Village
46) (At night time) (From the entrance of the Windmill) Go down the stairs and turn right. Continue running that direction until you come to some more stairs that go up (if you take the stairs down, you didn't go far enough). At the top of the stairs, you will see two crates under a window. Jump on top of the one closest to the edge. Now use your hookshot to go across to the roof of the house on the other side of the pathway. Once on top of that roof, turn back around to the house you just was in front of. Use your hookshot to go across to the roof of it. You will now find this gold skulltula on the wall behind the window. Use your hookshot to get it.

Ganon's Castle Grounds
47) Follow the path until you come to the ruins of a bridge. Go under the bridge and turn around. You will see the gold skulltula of the side of the bridge that's near the lava. Use your hookshot to get it.

Kokiri Forest
48) (At night time) the skulltula is located on top of the house of Twins. Use your hookshot to get it.

Sacred Forest Meadow
49) (At night time) make your way through the meadows until you come to the stairs. Turn around and climb the ladder. If you look at the wall to the left, you will see the skulltula. Use your hookshot to get it.

Forest Temple
50) At the entrance, climb up the vines on the right wall. When you get near the top, you should see the skulltula. Get on top of the tree and use your hookshot to get the token.

51) (From the entrance) make your way to the room with four poes. Go up the stairs at the back of the room and turn right before entering the door. You should see the skulltula. Use your hookshot to get it.

52) 1F – Make your way to the room that is northeast of the center room. You will see a fountain and a small piece of land surrounded by water. Use the hookshot on the chest on the small piece of land. Now if you run around the land, you will find a wall covered in vines. You should see the skulltula. Use your hookshot to get it.

53) 1F – Make your way to the crooked corridor. You'll notice a silver eye above the door before entering the corridor. Shoot it with your bow and it will straighten the corridor. Go through the corridor and jump down into the hole in the room that follows. You will now have to kill a couple enemies before the down opens. Go into the door and you will see a stone structure with some hearts on it. Jump across to the structure. Make your way to the second heart and look up on the wall ahead. You will see the skulltula. Use your hookshot to obtain it.

54) B2 – Take the elevator to the bottom floor. Push the walls around until you find a room with a giant skulltula and a chest. If you look up at the walls, you should find a gold skulltula. Use your hookshot to get the token.

Lost Woods
55) (As a kid) follow the following paths from the entrance to the woods: go right, then left, now right again, then left, and finally left again. You should come to a room with a tree and two Business Scrubs. Near the scrub on the right is a small patch of soil. Plant a Magic Bean here. Now come back here as an adult and ride the plant to the top. On the ledge at the top will be a gold skulltula as long as it is night time. If it is not night time, just play the Sun's Song.

Goron City
56) At the top level you will find a small platform in the middle being held up by ropes. On the back of it is the gold skulltula. You can stand behind the platform on the next to lowest level and be able to reach the skulltula with your hookshot.

Path to Zora's Domain
57) (At night time) follow the river until you come to a small bridge. Look up on the wall at the end of the bridge. You should find a gold skulltula. Jump on the fence and use your hookshot to get it.

58) (At night time) follow the river until you come to a small bridge. Turn around and look out in front of you. You should notice a small ledge up in front of you on the left side of the screen. Drop into the water and fall down the small waterfall. Continue following the water and you should come to the ledge. Climb up it and then use the ladder to go up even farther. At the top of the ladder, turn and look to your left. You will notice a gold skulltula. Use your hookshot to get it.

Zora's Domain
59) (At night time) go to the top of the frozen waterfall. Look on the wall to your left and you will see a gold skulltula. Use your hookshot to get it.

Dodongo's Cavern
60) After you enter Dodongo's Cavern, take the first pathway on the right. You have to navigate using the moving platforms in order to get to it. About midway into this room, Navi will go up to a small hole in the wall. Play the Scarecrow's Song and Pierre will appear. Hookshot him and get the gold skulltula behind him.

Death Mountain Crater
61) (As a kid) use the Bolero of Fire to warp to the crater. Next to the pedestal is a patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear.

Fire Temple
62) In the giant lava room sort of near the beginning make your way to the left side of the map. You will find a door with a Time Block sitting above it. Play the Song of Time to make it move. Now climb use it to get to a door where the tiles fly at you. The gold skulltula is on the wall at the back of the room.

63) Make your way to a circular room with boulders rolling all around. Follow the wall to the left and you will come to a small cove. Bomb the wall. You should see the gold skulltula on the wall in front of you. Use your hookshot or a jump attack to get it.

64) (From the entrance) go on the right side of the stairs and you will see a statue blocking something. Use the Megaton Hammer to remove the statue and then unlock and go in the door. Defeat all the enemies in this room to continue. In the next room, you will have tiles flying at you. At the back of this room on the wall is the gold skulltula.

65) Make your way to the top door in the boulder room. Standing in front of the door, play the Scarecrow's Song. Pierre will appear on the platform above you. Hookshot him and then hookshot across to another platform. You will be taken to another room. Run around and climb the wall. You should now see the gold skulltula.

66) Directly after the last skulltula, continue up the wall and make your way to a new room. You will see a switch. Run to the switch and turn around. You should see the gold skulltula on the wall in front of you. Use your hookshot to get it.

Path to the Goron City
67) (At night time) head to the area to the left of the entrance to Goron City and above the entrance to Dodongo's Cavern. You will see small wooden pegs blocking the ledge. You will also notice a boulder in the wall. Hit it with your Megaton Hammer and the gold skulltula is behind it.

Path to Death Mountain Crater
68) (At night time) near the top of the trail that the rocks fall on you, you will notice a boulder on the right side of the path that is up against the wall. Break it with your Megaton Hammer to reveal the gold skulltula.

Ice Cavern
69) Make your way to the room with the giant spinning blade and lots of silver looking rupees. When you get to the room, turn left and you will notice some ice stalagmites you can break. Behind the ice is a rupee and up on the wall above is the gold skulltula. Use your hookshot to get it.

70) In the same room as the last skulltula, you will notice some red stalagmites on the left wall. Use the Blue Fire on them to make it melt. The next room you come to has silver rupees and some platforms. As you come out into the room, turn around and face the entrance. A little to the right of the entrance is the gold skulltula. Use your hookshot to get it.

71) In the same room as skulltula 69, you will notice some red stalagmites on the right wall. Use the Blue Fire on them to make it melt. The next room you come to have some blue fire and a frozen chest and frozen heart piece. Break the stalagmites on the left side of the room to reveal the frozen heart piece. Run to the heart piece and turn around. Look up and you should see the gold skulltula. Use your hookshot to get it.

Lake Hylia
72) Go inside the Observatory. Use the Zora's Tunic and Iron Boots to dive to the bottom of the water. Roll into the crate and a gold skulltula will appear. Use your hookshot to get it.

78) (At night time) near the pedestal in the middle of the lake you will see a tall tree. Use the longshot to get to the top of it. The gold skulltula is directly in the center of the top of the tree. Use the longshot to grab it.

Water Temple
73) 1F – Enter the vortex room from where you get the longshot. Travel about half way through the room and you will see a gold skulltula on the wall above a vortex. Use your Iron Boots and Longshot to get it.

74) 3F – Go all the way to the top of the room with the Triforce symbol that makes the water level go to the second level. At the top, look around on the walls and you will see a gold skulltula. Use your longshot to get it.

75) 3F – Go into the room with the platforms travel down the waterfall. Before jumping to any of them, look on the wall to the right. Use your longshot to get the gold skulltula.

76) 1F – With the water at the lowest level, travel through the door on the south part of the map. Bomb the floor and fall down. When you resurface, there will be a switch on a platform. Jump on it and the water will rise along with a dragon head. Use your longshot to go across to the dragon head. Hit the switch behind the dragon head and a gate will open. Inside the gate, there is a gold skulltula on the wall. Use your longshot to get it.

77) 1F – Make your way to the room with the boulders. Go through the next room so that you come out where the boulder originates. To get through this room, however, you must jump on a switch and jump across water spouts to make it through the door in time. When you come out where the boulders originate, you will notice a gold skulltula behind the water running the wall. Use your longshot to get it.

Within the Well
79) (As a kid) jump into the Well in Kakariko Village. This brings you to a mini-dungeon. On the map of B1, you will notice two rooms surrounded by pathways near the top. Get a key and go into the one on the left. There is a gold skulltula on the wall behind a Deku Baba. Use the boomerang to get it.

80) (As a kid) if you look on the map near the last gold skulltula, you notice a second room surrounded by pathways to the right. Use a key to get into the room. There are several Keese. Kill them with the boomerang. In the middle of the room appears to be a giant pit, however, there is an invisible walkway. Follow these directions; go all the way to right against the wall, run out into the open space and go until you get near the wall ahead and turn left. You should be able to see the gold skulltula. Just run to the platform and you should make it. Use your boomerang to get the skulltula.

81) (As a kid) run all the way to the back wall on floor B1. Take it all the way to the right and you should find a little tunnel you can crawl through. Use a key on the door once you go through the tunnel. You will come to a room full of invisible pits, so be sure to use the Lens of Truth. Take the door on the other side of the room. You will now be behind a gate with a Like Like. Kill it and then get the gold skulltula behind it with the boomerang.

Shadow Temple
82) B3 – In the room with the invisible giant spinning blades will be some keese and a Like Like. Kill all of the enemies and a path to a chest will be unlocked. Behind the chest is a gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

83) B4 – In the room at the bottom of the map there will be a path way with some spiked platforms rising and falling of it. Use the Lens of Truth of the wall to the right and you will see a hidden block. Pull the block out until it is even with the path. Push the block up the path and it will block the falling platforms. Once the second one is blocked, you can go inside a hole in the gate on the left wall. Turn to the left and you will see a gold skulltula. Use your longshot to get it.

84) B4 – Go to the room near the center of the map. You will find a giant skull with blue fire coming out of its head in the center of the room. The gold skulltula is behind it. You can go up either side of the room and use the longshot to get the skulltula.

85) B3 – When you first come to the room with the boat, you will notice a moveable block and a ladder you cannot reach. Use the longshot or move the block in order to get up the ladder. Turn and face the direction the boat is facing. There will be a gold skulltula in a small room above where the block was located. Use the Scarecrow's Song to make Pierre appear. Longshot your way to Pierre. Use the longshot to get the gold skulltula.

86) B4 – Go to the room that is farthest left on the map. You have to use the boat in order to get to it. There will be three rotating skulls in the center of the room. The gold skulltula is behind them. Use the longshot to get it.

Gerudo Valley
87) (At night time) use the longshot to get over the broken bridge. There is a tent off to the right of the screen. Behind it is the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

88) (At night time) look on the other side of the valley from the last skulltula. You will notice some boulders. Run to them and turn around. Look up on the pillar in front of you. Use the longshot to get the gold skulltula.

Gerudo's Fortress
89) (At night time) go all the way to the top of the fortress. An easy way would be to get locked up. Use the longshot to go to the window seal. There is a giant chest on top of the fortress. Go to the point on the window seal nearest to the chest. Use the longshot to get to the chest. On the back wall, to the right of the chest and on one level lower, is the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

90) (At night time) go to the entrance of the Archery mini-game. On the giant target farthest away from you is the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

Haunted Wasteland
91) Follow the flags until you are near the middle of the top of the map. There is a stone structure that you can fall down into. At the bottom of the structure is the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

Desert Colossus
92) (As a kid) play the Requiem of Spirit to get to the area. Near the entrance to the Spirit Temple is a patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear.

93) (As a kid) plant a Magic Bean in the patch of soil from last gold skulltula. Come back as an adult and ride the plant at night time. You will come across a mound that has a gold skulltula on top of it. Jump off onto the mound and get the skulltula.

94) (At night time) on one of the palm trees near the oasis at the bottom of the map is a gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

Spirit Temple
95) (As a kid) go through the tunnel and you will come to an area with a spiked object and some keese. Kill all of the keese and then make the object in the middle of the room come alive. Place a bomb near the object and blow it up. Once you have defeated all enemies, take the door to the right. The gold skulltula is on the chain-link fence across the abyss. Use the boomerang to get it.

96) (As a kid) get a key and head through the first locked door. There is a ledge you can climb with two skulltula's on it. Look up at the opposite wall from the skulltula's and there is a gold one. Use the boomerang to get it.

OR

Climb up the wall with the skulltula's on it. When you get to the top, turn around and you will be in front of the gold skulltula. Use the boomerang to get it.

97) (As a kid) after you come to the center room with the giant statue in the middle, push the small stone statue off the edge onto the switch to open the door at the top of the stairs. The next room has some spiked objects and blocks you can move around. Move the block with the sun on it into the sun coming in the room. This will unblock the door. Go into the door and you will come to a set of stairs leading to a locked door. Walk about halfway up the first set of stairs and turn around. The gold skulltula is on the wall above the door that you just entered from. Use your boomerang to get it.

98) Use the Silver Gauntlets to move the block at the entrance of the temple. Hit the switch on the ceiling to unblock two doors. The one to the right goes to a room with some boulders rolling around. There is a Time Block on the left side of the room in the middle. Play the Song of Time to make it move. The gold skulltula is behind the Time Block.

99) In the center room (the one with the giant statue), climb up the ledge on the left side of the map. Go up the stairs to the door and turn around. There is a gold skulltula on the wall in front of you; however, there is no way to get to the platform. Play the Scarecrow's Song and Pierre will appear. Use the longshot to get over to the platform and get the skulltula.

Zora's Fountain
100) Go to the southeast of the map and there are several boulders. Use the silver gauntlets to pick up the silver one on the wall. Under the boulder will be a mound of dirt. Place a bomb on it. Drop down into the hole and you will come to a passage with invisible giant skulltula's. Use the Lens of Truth and the longshot to defeat them and go up the ledge at the end. There is a lone giant skulltula at the top and on the wall to the left is the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

Master Quest Gold Skulltula Guide

This guide covers the locations of every Gold Skulltula in the Master Quest of the game. There are 100 total and you receive various prizes from the House of the Skulltula's in Kakariko Village whenever you have collected a certain amount of tokens.

Inside the Great Deku Tree
1) 2F – (From the entrance to the dungeon) go up the ladder to the right. Continue your way up until you come to a giant chest with a crate beside it. Roll into the crate and the gold skulltula is underneath it. Use your sword to get it.

44) B1 – Make your way to the room that connects to three different rooms. There is only one such room on the map. You will see lots of headstone looking objects, a blue switch, and 4 unlit torches. Directly above the switch on the ceiling is the gold skulltula. Standing near the switch, play the Song of Time. A trail of Time Blocks leading to the skulltula will appear. Climb up them and then use the boomerang to get the skulltula.

38) B1 – From the last skulltula, make your way to the room to the northeast. There will be several Gohma eggs lying around. The gold skulltula is on the wall directly in front of you. Use the boomerang to get it.

43) 2F – Go all the way up the path but do not climb the vines near the chest. You will come to a door blocked by a web. Use the Din's Fire to get inside. Shoot the eye above the door in this room and continue into the next room. There are some Gohma eggs, a floating platform, and a giant skulltula. If you look up and to the right, you will see some boulder's blocking something, which is a gold skulltula. Use a bombchu to break the boulders. Climb up and you will see the gold skulltula. Use the boomerang to get it.

Kokiri Forest
2) (At night time) behind the House of the Know-It-All Brothers is the gold skulltula. Use a jump attack to get it.

12) Behind the Kokiri Shop is a patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on the soil and a gold skulltula will appear. Use the sword to get it.

Hyrule Market
3) There is a door near the entrance by the bridge. Go inside and you will see many pots, a guard, and some crates. Smash the crate near the guard that is closest to the window. The skulltula is underneath it.

Hyrule Castle Grounds
4) Roll into the tree near the entrance and the gold skulltula will fall out.

Lon Lon Ranch
5) Go past the house and roll into the tree next to it. The skulltula will fall out of the tree. Just use your sword to kill it and then grab the token.

15) (At night time) follow the horse track until you come to a shelter type thing at the back of the ranch. You will find the skulltula on the back of it.

32) (At night time) if you enter the ranch and take a look near the second window of the second floor of Talon's building, you will notice a skulltula. I found it easier to kill it with the slingshot and use the boomerang to get the token.

33) (At night time) enter the area with the horse track and follow it to the left. You will soon see a tall tower. If you pass the tower, turn around.  This skulltula is on the wall between this tower and the wooden fence.

Kakariko Village
6) Roll into the first tree you find in the village. A gold skulltula will fall out.

7) (At night time) near the center of the village is a stack of bricks and some wooden structures surrounding it. On one of the blocks in the center is the gold skulltula. Use a jump attack to get it.

8) (At night time) this gold skulltula is on the side of the House of Skulltula's.

9) (At night time) if you are coming from the guard near the path to the Goron Village you will see this skulltula on the building on the left side near the jars.

10) (At night time) find the tall wooden look out post with the tall ladder. Near the top is where the skulltula appears. Use the slingshot to kill it and then climb the ladder to get the token.

Kakariko Graveyard
11) When you enter the area, follow the trail and turn right when you get to the graves. Continue down the trail until it turns right again. A little bit off the trail, you will notice a patch of soil. Use a Bottle of Small Bugs on the soil to get this skulltula to appear. The skulltula may pop out on top of you. If you are extremely low on health, be sure to stand back.

31) When you enter the area, follow the trail and turn left when you get to the graves. Continue down the trail until you come to the second row of graves. You will notice the skulltula up on the wall next to the left. Use the boomerang to get the token.

Lost Woods
13) (From Kokiri Forest) go down the path to the right. Continue following the path in this room. There is only one pathway you can take so it's obvious which one to go down. When you come out of the pathway, you will notice a patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear. You can then use your sword to obtain it.

14) (From Kokiri Forest) go down the path to the left. Now go down the right path, then the left path, then the right path, and then the right path again. You should see two Business Scrubs. Kill them and near the one on the left will be a patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear.

Path to Goron City
16) Near the entrance of Dodongo's Cavern you will notice a spot of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on the soil and a gold skulltula will appear.

19) As you begin your accent to the Goron city, you'll notice a wall that looks like it can be blown up. Place a bomb near it and a small section of the wall will blow up. The Gold Skulltula is on the wall inside the new area.

Dodongo's Cavern
17) 2F – Near the center of the map is a small room with only one entrance. In order to unlock the door to go into the room, you must first light 3 torches. As you enter the room preceding the small one, you will notice 3 torches on the sides of pillars that are not touching the ground. Simply move all of the blocks in the room around until they are positioned under each torch. Climb up the ladder and there is a lit torch. Light a Deku Stick with it and jump unto the block directly in front of you. Light that torch and proceed to light the other two. Upon light all three, the door to the skulltula room will become unlocked. The gold skulltula is underneath a crate on the left side of the room. Roll into the crate to find it.

18) 1F – In the room before the northern most room on the map, there will be a path blocked by fire. On top of the wall connected to it is the gold skulltula. Kill all of the statues and use a bomb on the trail of bomb flowers to create some blocks. Climb up the blocks and jump onto the wall with the skulltula.

20) 2F – In the room on the left side of the map will be two Lizalfo's and some boulders on the far side. Kill the enemies and then bomb the boulders to get access to a new platform. At the end of the platform is the gold skulltula.

42) 1F – After the room with the Lizalfo's, you will come to a passage way. Use the bomb flower in order to blow up the first trail of bomb flowers near the center of the passage. Go into the door it unlocked. There will be a couple Deku Scrubs and a Keese. On the right wall near the ceiling is the gold skulltula. Use the boomerang to get it.

Path to Zora's Domain
21) (From the entrance) roll into the first tree you see. A gold skulltula will fall out.

22) (At night time) coming from Zora's Domain, jump down the water fall and you will notice a statue. Right past the statue is a ladder. This is where the skulltula is located.

Lake Hylia
23) Near the entrance to the building you will see a small patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear.

24) (At night time) follow the bridges to the tree in the middle of the lake. If you look around, you will see a small island. Swim to the island and you will see a gold skulltula on the side of a stone object.

30) (At night time) on the back of the building (near the bridge) you will see a gold skulltula. Use your boomerang to grab it.

Goron City
25) (From the entrance) go down the right trail and you will find it is blocked by some boulders. You can either blow up the boulders or use the ropes in the center of the area to get to the room behind the boulders. You will now see a room full of different boulders. Blow up the one to the left. Now blow up these boulders:  to the right, to the right, turn to the left and you will see the last one you need to blow up. After going past the last boulder, you will notice two chests and a crate. Roll into the crate and the gold skulltula will fall out.

Zora's Fountain
26) (From the entrance) turn right and you will see a tree branch sticking out of the water. If you continue going in that direction, you will come to a lone tree. Roll into it and the gold skulltula will fall out.

29) (At night time) as you enter the fountain, go left and you will see a tree branch sticking out of the water. Climb on top of it and you should notice a gold skulltula on the wall near you. Use your boomerang to obtain it.

Inside Lord Jabu Jabu
27) 1F – At the top of the map, you will notice three small rooms. Go into the one on the right. On the wall to the left is a boulder, you will have to look up to see it. Use a Bombchu to blow up the boulder. Use the slingshot to kill the skulltula, note that it can prove difficult because of the movements of the wall. After killing the skulltula, use the boomerang to get the token.

28) 1F – In the room before the boss fight will be a couple like like's and a wall in the center that you can climb. Climb up the wall and you will notice the gold skulltula near the center of the room behind some obstacle. Stand near the back wall and aim the boomerang to the left or right of the wall blocking the skulltula. This will make the boomerang go behind the obstacle. Do this right a few times and the token will be yours.

40) B1 – In the room on the left of the map, you will find a Time Block. Play the Song of Time to make it move. The gold skulltula is underneath it.

41) B1 – In the room to the right and center of the map there is a switch and a few enemies, some invisible. The gold skulltula is on the wall directly in front of the door across the water. To get to it, you must kill all of the enemies in the room to make a small platform appear near the skulltula that you can use to climb up to it. Use the Din's Fire to burn the web and use the boomerang to get the token.

Hyrule Field
34) (Coming from Hyrule Market) once you pass the bridge on the way to Kakariko, you will notice a tree in the corner to the right. Place a bomb near it to expose a hole. Fall down it and you will notice the skulltula on the wall. When you run to it, a Giant Skulltula appears. Kill it and then use the boomerang to get the token.

35) Go to the entrance of Gerudo Valley but do not enter. If you look around, you will see a circle of small rocks. Place a bomb in the center of them and a hole will appear in the ground. Fall down the hole. Now use Din's Fire to burn the cobwebs in front of the cow. If you look up past the cow, you will see this gold skulltula. Use your boomerang to get it.

Gerudo Valley
36) (At night time) near the entrance you will see this gold skulltula near a waterfall by the plank bridge. Use your boomerang to get it.

37) Follow the trails until you get to the guard outside the Fortress. She will say that it's no place for a kid like you. If you look over the left side of the bridge, you will notice a small cliff fall below. Now, Jump off the bridge and land on the cliff. You will now see a girl standing beside a cow. Behind the cow is a patch of soil. Use of a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear.

Death Mountain Crater
39) Run into the crate at the entrance and a gold skulltula will come out of it.

Can be accomplished after you get the Master Sword. Unless noted, all the following gold skulltula's are gotten as adult Link in the Future.

Kakariko Village
45) (At night time) (From the entrance of the Windmill) Go down the stairs and turn left. Continue running that direction until you come to some more stairs that go up (if you take the stairs down, you didn't go far enough). At the top of the stairs, you will see two crates under a window. Jump on top of the one closest to the edge. Now use your hookshot to go across to the roof of the house on the other side of the pathway. Once on top of that roof, turn back around to the house you just was in front of. Use your hookshot to go across to the roof of it. You will now find this gold skulltula on the wall behind the window. Use your hookshot to get it.

Ganon's Castle Grounds
46) Follow the path until you come to the ruins of a bridge. Go under the bridge and turn around. You will see the gold skulltula of the side of the bridge that's near the lava. Use your hookshot to get it.

Kokiri Forest
47) (At night time) the skulltula is located on top of the house of Twins. Use your hookshot to get it.

Sacred Forest Meadow
48) (At night time) make your way through the meadows until you come to the stairs. Turn around and climb the ladder. If you look at the wall to the right, you will see the skulltula. Use your hookshot to get it.

Forest Temple
49) 1F – Go into the door at the entrance and you will come to a room with a few giant skulltula's and a locked door. On the wall above the door to the right is the gold skulltula. Use the hookshot to get it.

50) 1F – Travel to the room with the 4 torches. Go through the door at the top of the stairs to the right. You will come to a small hallway with a Stalfo's. Travel into the next room. Once inside that room, travel to the right and the gold skulltula will be sitting next to the wall on your right.

51) 1F – Travel to the room that is northeast of the room with the 4 torches. Upon entering the room, you will notice a small bridge and a stone archway. Disregard them and travel to the right. There will be a well connected to a wall covered in vines. Climb up the vines and the gold skulltula will be on the floor to the right.

52) 1F – Travel to the room that is northwest of the room with the 4 torches. Upon entering the room, you will notice the sound of the gold skulltula. Walk out a few steps from the door and turn around, facing it. Look above the door and there will be the gold skulltula. Use the hookshot to get it.

53) B1 – From the last skulltula, travel to the left and there will be a well. Use the fairy bow to shoot the eye beneath the water. The water will now drain, thus making the area accessible. Travel down the newly open pathway and when you come to the other side, the gold skulltula will be off to the left on the wall.

Hyrule Castle Grounds
54) (As a kid) sneak past the guards until you get behind the fence around the castle. Jump into the water and continue until you get pass the guards. You will find a lone tree. Play the Song of Storms and a hole will appear near the tree. Drop into the hole. Bomb the rock areas and behind one will be a gold skulltula. Use your boomerang to get it.

Lost Woods
55) (As a kid) follow the following paths from the entrance to the woods: go left, then right, now left again, then right, and finally right again. You should come to a room with a tree and two Business Scrubs. Near the scrub on the left is a small patch of soil. Plant a Magic Bean here. Now come back here as an adult and ride the plant to the top. On the ledge at the top will be a gold skulltula as long as it is night time. If it is not night time, just play the Sun's Song.

Goron City
56) At the top level you will find a small platform in the middle being held up by ropes. On the back of it is the gold skulltula. You can stand behind the platform on the next to lowest level and be able to reach the skulltula with your hookshot.

Path to Zora's Domain
57) (At night time) follow the river until you come to a small bridge. Look up on the wall at the end of the bridge. You should find a gold skulltula. Jump on the fence and use your hookshot to get it.

58) (At night time) follow the river until you come to a small bridge. Turn around, go back about 10 steps and look out in front of you. You should notice a small ledge up in front of you on the right side of the screen. Drop into the water and fall down the small waterfall. Continue following the water and you should come to the ledge. Climb up it and then use the ladder to go up even farther. At the top of the ladder, turn and look to your right. You will notice a gold skulltula. Use the hookshot to get it.

Zora's Domain
59) (At night time) go to the top of the frozen waterfall. Look on the wall to your right and you will see a gold skulltula. Use your hookshot to get it.

Death Mountain Crater
60) (As a kid) use the Bolero of Fire to warp to the crater. Next to the pedestal is a patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear.

Dodongo's Cavern
61) 1F – Go to the room that is to the bottom right of the map.  It is south of the room that has the big stairs with the bomb flowers in it. In this room will be lots of Time Blocks. The gold skulltula is the in the right back corner, so play the Song of Time to move the blocks around in order to be able to reach it.

Fire Temple
62) 1F – (From the entrance to the giant lava room) head to the right and you will come to a door. Enter and you will see a Goron and a gold skulltula locked behind bars. Use the Megaton Hammer to press the switch and then the gold skulltula will be easily gotten.

63) 3F – Find the right circular area on the map and go to it. Make your way through the flame trails and to the center room. You will notice fire on one side a cubbie on the other. Place a bomb inside the cubbie to blow up the wall, hiding the gold skulltula.

64) 4F – (From floor 5F) make your way to the right circular area and you will find a room with circular paths. Take the narrow path in the center until you see a switch. You should notice Navi turn green near this area, so play the Scarecrow's Song to make Pierre appear. Jump unto the switch to lower the flames around the small chest and then use the hookshot on Pierre to make it to the chest in time. You will receive a small key.

Go back to the entrance of the room and beside a switch you will notice a small block. Hit the block with the Megaton Hammer and it will fall. Jump down and open the locked door with the key. The next room will have some Stalfo's and a large rectangular pit. Kill the Stalfo's and use the Megaton Hammer on the block at the beginning of the pit. The area will now collapse, revealing stairs to the bottom and a door. Go inside the door and the gold skulltula is waiting patiently in plain sight. Use the hookshot to get it.

65) 3F – Make your way to the right circular area. There will be a Time Block that you cannot reach due to flames. Get as close as possible and the Song of Time will work on it. The block will move up above the path. Climb up the blocks and make your way on top of the Time Block. Jump over the flames and you will be able to now reach a door, which was previously unreachable. Inside the door lays the gold skulltula on the wall.

66) 5F – Make you way to the left circular area. Run all the way up to the flames and you will see a rusty switch. Use the Megaton Hammer on it to reveal some hookshot spots. Now hit the switch at the beginning and use the hookshot spot near above the door to make it to the block in time to move it, thus revealing the gold skulltula. Use the hookshot to get it.

Path to the Goron City
67) (At night time) head to the area to the right of the entrance to Goron City and above the entrance to Dodongo's Cavern. You will see small wooden pegs blocking the ledge. You will also notice a boulder in the wall. Hit it with your Megaton Hammer and the gold skulltula is behind it.

Path to Death Mountain Crater
68) (At night time) near the top of the trail that the rocks fall on you, you will notice a boulder on the left side of the path that is up against the wall. Break it with your Megaton Hammer to reveal the gold skulltula.

Ice Cavern
69) 1F – Go to the room at the top right of the map. You will notice a small cubbie at the top of the room where Navi turns green and goes to, use the Scarecrow's Song and Pierre will appear. Use the hookshot to get to the cubbie and the gold skulltula waits behind Pierre.

70) 1F – Go to the other side of the room where the last skulltula was located and you will notice another gold skulltula trapped inside a barrier. Simply turn to the left and shoot the switch hanging from the ceiling inside the doorway. The gold skulltula is now free.

71) 1F –In the center room will be a passage to the north that is blocked by red ice. Use Blue Fire in order to unblock it. Travel through the passage and you will come to a room with a patch of red ice on top of a platform. This is where the gold skulltula is located. Go near the platform and Navi will turn green at two spots. Play the Song of Time near both of them to create some Time Blocks. This will allow you to reach the red ice and then use some blue fire on the ice in order to set the skulltula free.

Lake Hylia
72) Go inside the Observatory. Use the Zora's Tunic and Iron Boots to dive to the bottom of the water. Roll into the crate and a gold skulltula will appear. Use your hookshot to get it.

75) (At night time) near the pedestal in the middle of the lake you will see a tall tree. Use the longshot to get to the top of it. The gold skulltula is directly in the center of the top of the tree. Use the longshot to grab it.

Water Temple
73) 3F – Follow the path going to the Triforce symbol that makes the water level the highest.  Before going into the last door, roll into the crates to reveal the gold skulltula.

74) 1F- Make your way to the vortex room and use the longshot to go from target to target until you hear the sound of the skulltula, which is roughly after the first turn. Look on the ceiling and you should find the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

76) 1F – In the room at the bottom of the map will be a platform. Behind the platform, up on the wall, is 3 torches. Light them with Fire Arrows and it will open a passage. Get as close as possible to the platform that the newly opened path is on and Navi will turn green. Play the Scarecrow's Song and Pierre will appear. Use the longshot to get to him. Once you get near the back of the room, two Stalfo's will appear. You can just jump back to the platform in the water and they will fall down and not be able to case any harm. Once inside the room with the crates, look on the ceiling and this is where the skulltula is located.

77) 1F – Travel to the part of the dungeon at the top of the map. You will come to a room full of water. To the right of the room, Navi will turn green. Play the Scarecrow's Song to get Pierre to pop up and then use the Longshot to get to him. Use the Iron boots to fall down into the water and you will come to another room with a Stalfo's. Kill the Stalfo's and then break the crates to get a small key. Travel back to Pierre and look around, you will see a locked door.

Go inside and there will be four unlit torches and a switch. In order to light the torches, hit the switch and jump to the middle water spout. Use Din's Fire and all the torches should be lit. Go into the next room. Kill all of the small dodongo's and then longshot the target at the top left of the room. Once in the next room, you will see 4 crates. Break the ones on the left to reveal the gold skulltula.

78) 2F – Go to the bottom of the main room and there will be a passage blocked by a gate and a switch outside. Press the switch and go into the passage, make sure that the water is not above this level. Continue down the path and you will come to a little room behind a gate. Use Din's Fire to light the torch behind the gate, thus opening the gate. Just roll into the crates and the gold skulltula will appear.

Within the Well
79) B3 – (As a kid) go down the path that is on the right side of the map. You will find some invisible giant skulltula's along the trail. At the end of the path will be the gold skulltula.

80) B1 – (As a kid) look on the map and you will see 2 small rooms near the top that are surrounded by pathways. Go into the one on the right and you will find several invisible creatures. Kill all of the enemies and pull back the gravestone to reveal the gold skulltula.

81) B1 – (As a kid) go to the top center of the map and you will find a Triforce symbol on the ground in front of a snake figure on the wall. Shoot the switch that is attached to the snake figure, which will lower the water. Go to the room that is farthest right of the map, which requires a key. Inside this room will be a lot of coffins and the gold skulltula is at the back of the room behind a stone object.

Shadow Temple
82) B4 – In the room at the bottom of the map there will be a path way with some spiked platforms rising and falling of it. Use the Lens of Truth of the wall to the left and you will see a hidden block. Pull the block out until it is even with the path. Push the block up the path and it will block the falling platforms. Once the second one is blocked, you can go inside a hole in the gate on the right wall. Turn to the right and you will see a gold skulltula. Use your longshot to get it.

83) B4 – Go to the room that is near the center left of the map. There will be a door directly ahead of you and lots of fans that will blow you around. Equip the Iron Boots and go through the door. In the next room, the gold skulltula will be on the picture on the wall. Use the longshot to get it.

84) B4 – From the last skulltula, make your way back to the fan room. Use the Lens of Truth and there will be a hidden path to the left. Use the Hover Boots to get to it. In this room will be two enemies and a locked door. Right of the door will be a mound of dirt. Bomb it and the gold skulltula will appear.

85) B4 – After riding the boat to the other side, you will notice some bomb flowers across the abyss. Shoot one with the Fairy Bow and it will make the statue fall down, making a bridge to the other side. Cross the statue and jump off to the right side and look back across to where you came from. The gold skulltula is located down inside the abyss on the wall. Use the longshot to get it.

86) B4 – Go to the room before the boss room and you will notice the gold skulltula on the wall to the left of the boss door. Use the Lens of Truth to cross the abyss in order to get to it.

Gerudo Valley
87) (At night time) use the longshot to get over the broken bridge. There is a tent off to the left of the screen. Behind it is the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

88) (At night time) look on the other side of the valley from the last skulltula. You will notice some boulders. Run to them and turn around. Look up on the pillar in front of you. Use the longshot to get the gold skulltula.

Gerudo's Fortress
89) (At night time) go all the way to the top of the fortress. An easy way would be to get locked up. Use the longshot to go to the window seal. There is a giant chest on top of the fortress. Go to the point on the window seal nearest to the chest. Use the longshot to get to the chest. On the back wall, to the left of the chest and on one level lower, is the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

90) (At night time) go to the entrance of the Archery mini-game. On the giant target farthest away from you is the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

Haunted Wasteland
91) Follow the flags until you are near the middle of the top of the map. There is a stone structure that you can fall down into. At the bottom of the structure is the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

Desert Colossus
92) (As a kid) play the Requiem of Spirit to get to the area. Near the entrance to the Spirit Temple is a patch of soil. Use a bottle of small bugs on it and a gold skulltula will appear.

93) (As a kid) plant a Magic Bean in the patch of soil from last gold skulltula. Come back as an adult and ride the plant at night time. You will come across a mound that has a gold skulltula on top of it. Jump off onto the mound and get the skulltula.

94) (At night time) on one of the palm trees near the oasis at the bottom of the map is a gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it.

Spirit Temple
95) 4F – Travel to the room that is bottom center on the map. There will be a snake statue surrounded by flames. Use the Lens of Truth and look around to find an invisible chest, containing a small key. Go back to the area before this and you will see a Triforce symbol out front of a locked door. Go inside and there will be an Iron Knuckle. Make the Iron Knuckle destroy the stone chairs and pillar to the right side of the room, thus revealing a gold skulltula.

96) 4F – In the same room as the last skulltula, make the Iron Knuckle destroy the stone objects to the back wall and you will find another gold skulltula.

97) 3F – Travel to the room to the center right of the map. There will be flames and several block's with Sun faces. The first sun block you see, if you came from the giant statue room, is the one we are after. Move it near the flames to the left. Hit the switch to lower the flame, and then continue moving the block until it enters the beam of light. This will make a platform appear overhead. Use the longshot to get to the platform. There will be another white platform across the room from you; this one has a gold skulltula on it. Use the longshot to get it.

98) 1F – Travel to the center room with the giant statue. There will be three torches. Use the Fire Arrows to light them and then travel to the door that became unlocked. In this room are three sun faces and a beam of light. Kill the Stalfo's and then use the Mirror Shield to light up all the Sun faces. This will make three Wallmaster's fall on top of you, plus one that is already in the room. Kill all of them to open the path that leads behind the water spout from the entrance. Head into the door on the right side of the map and you will find the gold skulltula on the ceiling of this room. Use the longshot to get it.

99) 1F – From the last gold skulltula, stand on the Triforce symbol and play Zelda's Lullaby to unlock the exit. Back in the room behind the water spout will be a rusty switch. Get the silver rupee near it and then use the Megaton Hammer to press the switch. Quickly run pass the water spout, grabbing the two silver rupees, and head down the stairs. On both sides of the stairs will be the last silver rupees, you have to break the boulders. This will make a chest appear, containing a small key. Make your way back behind the water spout and this time take the locked door.

Inside here will be a couple boulders and a Moblin. Defeat the Moblin anyway possible and then hit the switch with the Megaton Hammer. Go inside the gate that just opened and play the Song of Time, which will open another gate. Go into the new gate and play Epona's Song, which will open yet another gate. This time play the Sun's Song in the gate. Now go into the next gate and play the Song of Storms. In the last gate play Zelda's Lullaby and the gate to the next room will open. Once inside this room, turn left and the gold skulltula will be on the wall. Use the longshot to get it.

Zora's Fountain

100) Go to the southwest of the map and there are several boulders. Use the silver gauntlets to pick up the silver one on the wall. Under the boulder will be a mound of dirt. Place a bomb on it. Drop down into the hole and you will come to a passage with invisible giant skulltula's. Use the Lens of Truth and the longshot to defeat them and go up the ledge at the end. There is a lone giant skulltula at the top and on the wall to the right is the gold skulltula. Use the longshot to get it

Rewards
