The people over at IGN have learned of some hardware specs for the upcoming Nintendo 3DS system. These claims are from an unknown source they have with ties to Nintendo. This means that they are not 100% confirmed but with IGN's track record of past consoles, one would bet that these are probably correct.
Nintendo 3DS Specifications:
- 2 266MHz ARM11 CPUs
- 133MHz GPU
- 4MBs of dedicated VRAM
- 64MBs of RAM
- 1.5GBs of flash storage
So to put this in perspective, this makes the Nintendo 3DS more powerful then the GameCube and nearly as powerful as the Wii. While we can not speak for the rest of you, the Nintendo 3DS is something that many of us here at Link's Hideaway are looking forward to getting our hands on in the nearing future.
