During a recent interview with
GameInformer, Eiji Aonuma explained that he had never finished the now 25 year old Legend of Zelda game we all know as a legend. Aonuma explained that after a few deaths he had to stop playing. Coming from someone who has heavily influenced and aided in the making of the series, it seems a little odd that he never finished it. I see no problem with it since I have yet to finish it as well. Aonuma has produced
Spirit Tracks and
Phantom Hourglass, and even directed a few other titles like
Ocarina of Time and
Twilight Princess just to name a few. Word is Aonuma is the producer for Skyward Sword as well, so maybe he made an awesome game into an epic game. Not that Skyward Sword wouldn't be epic in the first place, but I like to give credit where credit is due.
