Today we announce a contest for a chance to win Hearts of Iron III Collection. We have been given 5 Steam codes from Paradox Interactive in order to giveaway to several lucky winners. All you need to do is create a piece of fan works and have us pick your piece. Fan works can be art, music, poem, or anything else creative.
