The A Link Between Worlds Master Ore is used to upgrade the Master Sword using the Blacksmith. There are a total of 4 Master Ore in A Link Between Worlds. Thieves' Hideout Master Ore
Lead the Thief Girl to the south of the room after the wired walkways that are against the walls and across what used to be water. Use the red tiles to move her across to the south of the room. Use her to hit both of the switches to reveal a passage to the north. Travel down it and open the Big Chest for the Master Ore.
Skull Woods Master Ore
Go through the door to the south of the room with the Big Chest. Now head all the way north, go east, and then south to find some pink bushes. Cut them to reveal a hole back into the dungeon and fall down. Merge with the east wall and travel north – pop off at the next ledge. Travel across it to the west, go south across the walkway, and continue west to find a big chest that contains Master Ore.
Sanctuary Sewers (Lorule) Master Ore
Go to the graveyard in Lorule and pick up the boulder in the northeast corner to reveal the entrance. Go inside and north to get a chest with a Green Rupee. Now press the switch to the west under the skull and continue through the door north. Head west for a chest with a Blue Rupee.
Continue west and head up the stairs. Follow the path east to find a chest containing a Red Rupee. Travel across the wall to the east for a small key. Go back west and through the locked door. Kill the enemies using the sword and continue through the door to the north.
Pull the right lever and go through the door atop the stairs in the center of the room. Travel across the gap using the east wall to get to the big chest. The big chest contains a Master Ore. Now exit through the door to the south.
Dark Palace Master Ore
Travel to the south of 2F through the room with the revolving walls on each side. In the southern room will be 6 windows and 2 switches in the center. Now use bombs to unblock all of the windows – 1 to the west and 2 to the east. Use the center platforms to reach the windows on the east of the room. Once all of the windows are unblocked – jump down and lower each of the platforms in the center using the switches.
Now put out all of the torches in the room and head back to the center. Place a bomb near the southern switch and run north. Use the northern switch to ride the platform up to the ledge and merge with the northern wall. Once the bomb explodes – the wall will revolve leaving Link near a Big Chest. Open the Big Chest for the Master Ore and then use the switch in this room to exit through the revolving wall to the south.
