In The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom there are five Empty Bottles that can be found throughout the land of Hyrule. They are also known as Fairy Bottles in this game. They can be used to store in fairies that you find. When you have a fairy in a bottle and you lose your health, it will automatically be restored instead of getting a game over.
Fairy Bottle #1
Navigate through the the first cave in Suthorn Forest. You'll need to defeat the Ignizol enemy and learn it's echo to proceed. Use it to light the torch and it will open a door to a room containing a chest. That's where you'll find this bottle.
Fairy Bottle #2
This bottle is given as a reward for "The Zappy Shipwreck" side quest. It involves navigating the Wrecked Ship in the southwest corner of Zora Cove and defeating the boss inside.
Fairy Bottle #3
This bottle is given as a reward for completing the "Cuccos on the Loose" side quest by gathering all five of Cuccos in Kakariko Village.
Fairy Bottle #4
This bottle is given as a reward by the Stamp Guy for completing the Thrilling Stamp Card (3).
