In The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom there are many pieces of equipment you can find to help you in your quest. These come in the form of Accessories that can be equipped in accessory slots that you can unlock. There are also Outfits that can be found that usually don't have an effect but do change your appearance. These are listed in the approximate chronological order that you will encounter them, although you can collect them in any order.
Echoes of Wisdom Accessories
Heart Pin

Effect: Makes hearts appear more often.
How to get: Found in a chest in a sublevel near the end of the Suthorn Ruins dungeon.
Stone Anklet

Effect: Reduces knockback.
How to get: Can be purchased in the Hyrule Castle Town shop for 400 rupees.
Gerudo Sandals

Effect: Prevents sinking in quicksand.
How to get: Can be purchased in the Gerudo Town shop for 400 rupees.
Energy Glove

Effect: Makes energy appear more often.
How to get: Found in a chest that is unlocked by clearing the Boarblin camps in the northwest corner of Gerudo Desert.
Survey Scope

Effect: Makes materials (smoothie ingredients and monster stones) appear more often.
How to get: Given as a reward during the "Recipes, Please!" side quest after making 10 unique smoothie recipes.
Survey Binoculars

Effect: Makes materials (smoothie ingredients and monster stones) appear even more often.
How to get: Given as a reward during the "Recipes, Please!" side quest after making 20 unique smoothie recipes. Replaces the Survey Scope equipment.
Zora's Flippers

Effect: Increases swim speed.
How to get: Can be purchased in the River Zora Village shop for 350 rupees.
Zora Scale

Effect: Increases dive time.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing "The Zora Child's Fate" side quest in River Zora Village. It's available after completing the Jabul Ruins dungeon. You must show the mother of a Zora child a Tangler, Bombfish, and Biri echo to complete the quest.
Silver Brooch

Effect: Makes rupees appear more often.
How to get: Can be found in a chest to the west of the River Zora Village. Use a water block tower to get to the higher area west of town and use a Bombfish to blow up the cracked wall. There is a treasure chest in the new opening.
Frog Ring

Effect: Increases jump height.
How to get: Found in a chest next to the big key chest in the Hyrule Castle dungeon.
Charging Horn

Effect: Makes horse attacks more powerful.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing the long course flag race at Hyrule Ranch in less than 40 seconds.
Gold Brooch

Effect: Makes rupees appear even more often.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing the "Secret Chief Talks" side quest for the chiefs assistants in Zora Cove.
Gold Sash

Effect: Prevents being blown by wind.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing the "Wild Sandstorms" side quest for the Gerudo Warriors in the Gerudo Palace barracks. It involves defeating a stronger Lanmola in eastern Gerudo Desert.
Heart Barrette

Effect: Makes hearts appear even more often.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing the "Bettle Ballyhoo" side quest, which involves clearing out a cave full of Beetles for a Gerudo near the shop in Gerudo Town.
Climbing Band

Effect: Increases wall climb speed.
How to get: Can be purchased in the Kakariko Village shop for 500 rupees.
Fairy Flower

Effect: Makes fairies appear more often.
How to get: To the left of the southwestern Eldin Volcano Trail waypoint is a cave entrance that can be blown open with a bombfish. Inside is a chest containing the fairy flower.
Goron's Bracelet

Effect: Increases speed while carrying.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing the "A Mountainous Mystery" side quest and traversing the Summit Cave to defeat the Flame Giant boss.
Might Bell

Effect: Rings when near a Might Crystal.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing "The Great Fairy's Request" side quest.
Spin Brace

Effect: Rings when near a Might Crystal.
How to get: Found in a chest after defeating a Lv. 3 Darknut at the end of a cave in the ruin area on the east side of Faron Wetlands.
Fairy Fragrance

Effect: Makes fairies appear even more often.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing the "Looking for Bempu" side quest in Faron Wetlands.
Ancient Charm

Effect: Reduces damage taken.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing the "Let's Play a Game" side quest in the Eastern Temple in Hyrule Field.
Curious Charm

Effect: Reduces even more damage taken.
How to get: Given as a reward by a Deku Scrub in Scrubton for completing the "Cotton-Candy Hunt" side quest, which involves defeating the boss of the Hidden Ruins mini-dungeon.
First Mastery

Effect: Reduces energy consumption.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing four trainings in the Slumber Dojo in Kakariko Village.
Second Mastery

Effect: Reduces energy consumption even more.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing eight trainings in the Slumber Dojo in Kakariko Village.
Clockwork Bangle

Effect: Increases winding speed for automatons.
How to get: After having Dampé craft all the automatons, you can speak to him again and exchange five monster stones for this equipment.
Ice Spikes

Effect: Prevents slipping on ice.
How to get: Found in a cave in central Hebra Mountain. You can reach it by using a flying tile echo to the west from the top of the waterfall.
Final Mastery

Effect: Greatly reduces energy consumption.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing fourteen trainings in the Slumber Dojo in Kakariko Village.

How to get: Given after completing the "Still Missing" main quest.

How to get: Unlocked by using any other amiibo from the Zelda series.

Effect: Increases heart recovery while sleeping in a bed.
How to get: Found in a chest at the end of the treasury in Gerudo Town. Obtained by sneaking past all the guards as part of the "Dohna's Challenge" side quest.

Effect: Allows speaking to cats.
How to get: Given in exchange for the secret stash of treasure as part of the "Questioning the Local Cats" side quest in Kakariko Village.
Customary Attire

How to get: Given as a reward for completing the "From the Heart" side quest by saving Romi from the rift in southern Hyrule Field.
Stamp Suit

How to get: Given as a reward for completing the stamp rally and collecting all 25 stamps across Hyrule.
Green Tunic

How to get: Given as a reward for completing every training (15) in the Slumber Dojo in Kakariko Village.
Dancing Outfit

Effect: Increases spin attack radius.
How to get: Given as a reward for completing the ultimate seeds challenge (60/70) in the Mango Rush minigame in Gerudo Desert.
