In The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom there are 25 Stamp Stands that can be found throughout the land of Hyrule. They are set up by the Stamp Guy as part of a Stamp Rally. Finding one will add a Stamp to your Stamp Card. Once you complete a stamp card, you will receive a prize and start a new one. The Stamp Stands are listed in approximate chronological order, but they can be found in any order.
Stamp Cards
First Stamp Card
The first stamp card will given the first time you meet the Stamp Guy, at any Stamp Stand throughout Hyrule. If you fill it out with 5 stamps you will be rewarded with 5 containers of fresh milk. You'll also get it exchanged for the Exciting Stamp Card.
Exciting Stamp Card
After filling out your first stamp card, you'll get another to fill out. Getting 5 stamps and completing the card will result in a reward of 3 golden eggs. You'll also get it exchanged for the Thrilling Stamp Card.
Thrilling Stamp Card
This is the third stamp card you'll be given after filling out the first two. Getting 5 stamps and completing the card will result in a reward of a Fairy Bottle. You'll also get it exchanged for the Exhilarating Stamp Card.
Exhilarating Stamp Card
This is the fourth stamp card you'll be given after filling out the first three. Getting 5 stamps and completing the card will result in a reward of a 5 Monster Stones.
Final Stamp Card
This is the fifth and final stamp card you'll be given after filling out the rest. Getting 5 stamps and completing the card will result in a reward of the stamp suit outfit.

Just outside the southern gates of Hyrule Ranch.
Stamp Stand #2
Just to the west of the Oasis in Gerudo Desert.
Stamp Stand #3
On a southeast cliff in Gerudo Desert.
Stamp Stand #4
On the cliff to the west of Gerudo Town.
Stamp Stand #5
On a high cliff in the northwest of Gerudo Desert.

On the western side of Seesyde Village.

On a small island on the far east side of Zora Cove.
Stamp Stand #8
Directly west of Lord Jabu-Jabu's den in Zora River.
Stamp Stand #9
In the high river west of the chief's house in River Zora Village. You can reach it by building a tower of water blocks.

In front of the outer walls of the Eastern Temple, just northeast of the waypoint.

On a small piece of land in the southeast of Lake Hylia.

On a high cliff along the far western edge of the map, west of Kakariko Village.

Just outside the south gate of Kakariko Village.

Near the entrance to Goron City.

On a small platform in a pool of lava to the south of Rock-Roast Quarry.

On the highest peak of Eldin Volcano to the right of the lava river.
Stamp Stand #17
On a cliff ledge on the far eastern side of Eldin Volcano. You can glide over to the cliff from above with a Ghirro echo.

Found in the northeast corner of Faron Wetlands.

Found on a small cliff to the north of the Hiddden Ruins in the south of Faron Wetlands.

Found on top of a waterfall just to the south of Scrubton in the Faron Wetlands.
Stamp Stand #21
Found in the southwest of Faron Wetlands to the right of the natural staircase.
Stamp Stand #22
Found on a small island south of the waterfall in North Hyrule Field.
Stamp Stand #23
Found on a small ledge in the southwest of Hebra Mountain.
Stamp Stand #24
Found in a small clearing off trees on a cliff to the northeast of Condé's House on Hebra Mountain.
Stamp Stand #25
Found in a rift on the far east side of the peaks of Hebra Mountain. You must clear a minor rift as part of the "Stamp Stand Swallowed!" side quest to uncover it.
