Travel to an island with a red Postbox. Check it and Link should get a letter sent Cash-On-Delivery. Agree to pay the 201 rupees and you will get a letter from Tingle containing the IN-credible Chart. Use the IN-credible chart in order to find the Triforce Shards.
The Wind Waker HD Triforce Shard Locations
Overlook Island Triforce Shard
Travel to Overlook Island located at G1 on the Sea Chart. Find the tree closest to the water level and use the Hookshot on it. Continue going from tree to tree until you get to the hole in the ground. Drop down the hole to find the chamber of the Overlook Island Triforce shard.
Go through the door in the first room. Turn to the right and go through the first door nearest Link. Fight all of the enemies inside the pots and then exit the room to make a torch ignite. Turn to the right and go through the door nearest you to find Wizzrobes. Kill all of the Wizzrobes and exit the room.
Turn to the right and run pass the locked door and go through the first unlocked one. In this room will be some Stalfos. The easy way to defeat them is by using the boomerang to stun them and then attacking with the sword - the boomerang is also good to use to stun the head after the Stalfos break.
Exit the room and once again turn to the right. Enter the nearest room to find some Armos Knights. Defeat them using bombs and exit the room to find several Darknuts. After defeating the Darknuts go through the newly unlocked door. Stand on the first symbol and play the Wind's Requiem to spawn the chest containing the Triforce shard. Exit through the portal and climb back aboard the King of Red Lions.
Stonewatcher Island Triforce Shard
Teleport to B4 and then sail southeast to Stonewatcher Island at C5 on the Sea Chart. Climb to the top of the island and pick up the giant head statue to uncover the entrance to the Stonewatcher Island Triforce shard chamber.
Like before - travel around through each of the doors defeating the enemies. After defeating all of the enemies in each of the rooms Darknuts will once again inhibit the middle room. Kill them and enter the unlocked door, play the Wind's Requiem on the first symbol, and then open the chest for the Stonewatcher Island Triforce shard. Exit the chamber and climb back onto the King of Red Lions.
Private Oasis Triforce Shard
Set sail east from Stonewatcher Island towards the Private Oasis located at E5. You will need to have the Cabana Deed in order to enter the Oasis. Go talk with the teacher on Windfall Island during the day and agree to go talk with the kids - the Killer Bees. Exit the classroom and speak with the group of young kids walking around - making sure to agree to the competition.
Finding the Killer Bees
Go look behind the tombstone where the guy is dancing to find the first kid. Chase the kid around until you are able to catch him. Now go look behind the Bomb Shop to find the second kid. Again, chase the kid around until you catch him.
Roll into the tree near the red Postbox to knock the third kid out of the tree. Chase him around until you catch the kid. Now go through the doorway to the left of the classroom and look behind the bushes to the left to find the last kid.
Acquiring the Cabana Deed
After the cutscene with the Killer Bees - you will receive a Piece of Heart. Now go back and talk to the teacher - Mrs. Marie - to get a Purple Rupee. Exit the classroom for another cutscene with the Killer Bees. Go show Mrs. Marie a Joy Pendant and she will ask for 20 of them after giving you a Red Rupee.
Show the teacher 20 Joy Pendants to get the Cabana Deed. If you do not have 20 Joy Pendants then sail around to find platforms in the middle of the sea - use the Grappling Hook on the pink Bokoblins to get Joy Pendants.
Back to the Private Oasis
Head back to E5 - the Private Oasis - and show the Cabana Deed to the door on the building. The Cabana Deed will be located in the Delivery Bag. Enter the Private Oasis and then use the Grappling Hook on the switch in the middle of ceiling.
Now fall down into the fireplace and continue through this underground maze. Take the first right you come to and then take another right at the fork. Drop down the hole and crawl through the tunnel to the right - the one farthest from the ladder.
Take the intersections in the following order: Left, Right, Straight, Right - then climb up the ladder. Use the Skull Hammer on the spikes and take the door to the left. Drop down the hole and go through the tunnel on the left to find a chest that contains an Orange Rupee.
Travel back through the tunnel to the ladder and take the other tunnel. At the end of the tunnel will be a ladder - climb up it and hit the spike with the Skull Hammer, but do not go through the gate. Instead, drop down the hole and kill the ReDeads.
Now travel through the tunnel, go up the ladder, and play the Wind's Requiem on the first symbol to spawn the chest containing the Private Oasis Triforce shard. Smash the spike in this room and go through the gate. Turn left and go through the other gate - take the first right and continue until you find the portal. Exit the maze and the cabana - now climb back onto the King of Red Lions.
Outset Island Triforce Shard
Teleport to Outset Island - B7 on the Sea Chart - and climb up the trail on the left side of the island. Climb onto the ledge nearest the person and climb onto the large rock near the tree. Change the wind direction to west and float using the Deku Leaf towards Link's Grandmas House except land near the giant head statue behind it.
Pick up the statue to reveal the entrance to the Outset Island Triforce shard chamber. This will be a 50 level area that you have to fight enemies on each level to progress forward. On level 30 will be two symbols - play the Wind's Requiem on the first one to make a chest spawn containing the Outset Island Triforce shard. Use the portal to exit the area and climb back aboard the King of Red Lions.
The Ghost Ship Triforce Shard
From Outset Island set sail northwest toward A6 - Diamond Steppe Island. Use the Hookshot to make your way onto the island and continue using the Hookshot to get to the top of the island. Fall down the hole into an area resembling an old ship.
Walk forward and jump into the cauldron in front of Link. Break the wood off the cauldron in front of you with the Skull Hammer and jump into it. Now travel across the room pass the Floormasters and enter the cauldron on the same side as the cauldron Link used to get to the area.
Travel pass the Floormaster and go through the cauldron on the left. In the next area is a chest that contains the Ghost Ship Chart. Jump down from the area and exit through the portal. Climb back onto the King of Red Lions and get ready to set sail towards the Ghost Ship.
Locating the Ghost Ship
Either play the Song of Passing or wait until nightfall and check the Ghost Ship Chart. One of the areas on the chart will be blinking showing the current cycle of the moon. The area blinking shows the island where the Ghost Ship is located that night. Refer to the chart below for quick reference.

Now travel to the area on the chart above where the Ghost Ship is located. Once you get close to the Ghost Ship make sure to sail through it - the King of Red Lions will warp Link inside the Ghost Ship.
Acquiring the Ghost Ship Triforce Shard
Once aboard the Ghost Ship you need to defeat all of the enemies in the room. Use the Mirror Shield and the beam of light to defeat the Poes, the boomerang to stun and the sword to defeat the Wizzrobes, and use the sword to defeat the ReDeads.
After defeating all of the enemies, the ladder to fall down on one side of the room. Climb up the ladder to find a chest that contains the Ghost Ship Triforce shard. Once opening the chest, Link will automatically exit the ship and be back on the King of Red Lions.
Needle Rock Isle Triforce Shard
Set sail towards Needle Rock Isle located at A5 on the Sea Chart. Near the island will be a group of 3 pirate ships and 1 of them will be covered in gold. Use the canon to defeat all of the pirate ships and then use the crane in order to search the area where the gold pirate ship was located in order to find the Triforce Chart 3.
Now set sail or warp to C3 on the Sea Chart - Tingle's Island. Climb up the ladder and speak with Tingle. Agree to have him decipher the chart for 398 rupees. Climb back onto King of Red Lions and warp to F6 - Forest Haven. Now set sail east towards G6 - Cliff Plateau Isles - where there will be a beam of light shining out of the water. Use the crane to search beneath it to find the Needle Rock Isle Triforce Shard.
Islet of Steel Triforce Shard
Warp to B4 - Greatfish Isle - and set sail south towards B5 - Islet of Steel. Travel around the island to find the pirate ship that is in the center of the islands opening. Now use the canon to defeat the pirate ship. Enter the center of the island to find a symbol atop of some stairs. Play the Wind's Requiem and open the chest for the Triforce Chart 1.
Now set sail or warp to C3 on the Sea Chart - Tingle's Island. Climb up the ladder and speak with Tingle. Agree to have him decipher the chart for 398 rupees. Get back on the King of Red Lions and warp to Greatfish Isle. Find the beam of light shining out of the water and use the crane to search beneath it to find the Islet of Steel Triforce Shard.
Bird's Peak Rock Triforce Shard
Warp to Forest Haven at F6 and set sail northeast towards G5 - Bird's Peak Rock. Climb onto the island and use the Hyoi Pear to gain control of a seagull. Fly around the tops of the island on the left side in order to hit each of the switches. Enter the newly unlocked door and play the Wind's Requiem on the symbol to spawn a chest containing the Triforce Chart 2.
Now set sail or warp to C3 on the Sea Chart - Tingle's Island. Climb up the ladder and speak with Tingle. Agree to have him decipher the chart for 398 rupees. Warp to B4 - Greatfish Isle - and set sail southeast towards C5 - Stonewatcher Island. Find the light beam and use the crane to pull up the Bird's Peak Rock Triforce Shard.
