The Wind Waker HD Emptpy Bottles guide walks the player through the steps to acquire each of the 4 bottles in the game. The bottles in the Wind Waker HD can hold a variety of goods such as fairies, potions, water, and Elixir Soup.
The Wind Waker HD Bottle Locations
Wind Waker Bottle #1
Requirements:
Player must have completed up to Dragon Roost Island.
Location:
Dragon Roost Island (F2) - The bottle is obtained after tossing Medli across to the entrance of Dragon Roost Cavern. This is the only required bottle Link must get in the game.
Wind Waker Bottle #2
Requirements:
The only requirement is the ability to Sail acquired on Windfall Island.
Location:
Submarine (F5) - Set sail from Dragon Roost Island south until you come across a submarine at F5. Enter the submarine and defeat all of the enemies to spawn a chest. The chest contains the empty bottle.
Wind Waker Bottle #3
Requirements:
The only requirement is the ability to Sail acquired on Windfall Island.
Location:
Rock Spire Isle (B3) - Travel to Rock Spire Isle and fine Beedle's Shop. Go inside and purchase this empty bottle for 500 rupees.
Wind Waker Bottle #4
Requirements:
The player must have defeated the Helmaroc King during the Hyrule Castle portion of our walkthrough.
Location:
Windfall Island (D2) - Go find Mila at night time between the first two doors after heading through the gate - she will tell Link to go away. Head towards the stairs and she will run away. Follow her - being sure to hide when she stops to look around - to Zunari's Safe. Walk up to Mila and speak with her. Answer the top choice to every question and she will give Link the empty bottle after the conversation.
