Nintendo recently dropped big news in the form of a Majora's Mask New 3DS XL. While that was good on its own - people in France now can get the Skull Kid figurine when they preorder the Majora's Mask New 3DS XL. No information regarding specific retailers is available to us at this time but we will keep you informed.
